Dressed in a tight black tank top and PVC leggings, Miley showed off her toned arms and rocked black high heels and a matching belt. She opted for a more casual hairstyle, letting her long hair flow freely instead of her recent bouffant look.
This high-profile event followed a heart-to-heart conversation between Miley and her mother, Tish Cyrus, 56, about some issues involving her younger sister, Noah Cyrus, 26.

Tish and Purcell got married on August 19, 2023 at Miley’s place, with Noah absent from the ceremony. According to sources, Noah always craved attention due to feeling neglected in her childhood. Tish, on the other hand, was more invested in Miley’s career as it was more lucrative.
Following Noah’s engagement announcement to fashion designer Pinkus, Tish and Dominic got married two months later. This wedding came after Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus ended their 28-year marriage in April 2022, with Billy Ray filing for divorce.
