Lady Gaga – real name Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta – donned a plunging swimsuit that revealed a LOT of sideboob for the workout.
The Born This Way singer was forced to cancel 25 sold-out tour dates in 2013 when an injury left her needing hip surgery.
